Adult ADD/ADHD

Last night I did not have time to explain the reasons I recommended “Driven to Distraction.” Here is why this book is so good! This book was written by a psychiatrist (Edward M. Hallowell, M.D.) who discover he had ADD when he was thirty-one years old. This book is about ADD by two psychiatrist who have ADD, written to help people diagnosed with ADD. This book describes the host of problems associated with ADD, and the advantages of having it, such as high energy and creativity. Overall, this book provides education, family perspectives, diagnosis and treatment, and subtypes.
